Before founding The CFO Collective, Ron was partner at a large Australian accounting firm, where he spent 12 years.

Throughout that time, Ron developed his passion for partnering with small to medium businesses, leading them through all phases of their business life cycle. Ron wanted to take that passion to the next level by exclusively enabling his client’s needs first.

Ron's primary focus is to understand his clients' passions, why they went into business, why they do what they do and their core values. Understanding the "why" enables Ron to drive his clients business and personal goals into a reality.
